Backed with two decades of experience and being with team Venson all through my career, has opened up lot of opportunities for me. I am a business management graduate and have specialized in marketing management.
Understanding the business processes thoroughly and adding value to each one of those processes by actively engaging in operations is what I do at Venson. I have taken up different roles in various departments of the organisation and now, I head the operations team.
Be it quotes, deliveries, manufacturing, vendor relations- I have handled all of these departments right from the grass root level to the board level. This hands on experience that I have got from working at different levels has helped me take the operations to be a hassle -free transaction for any body dealing with Venson.
When not at work, you can find me engaged in farming work, which is my passion.

I am Satyanarayana. I founded this company in the early 70s.I built this company from Scratch. Back in those days, being an entrepreneur , that too a first-gen was a difficult task. Looking back, I feel so delighted that this has been a very interesting journey for me, that got me good friends in the industry, satisfied customers for Venson, employees who are a part of my family, vendors- who walked that extra mile and supported me in the journey, and many more satisfying experiences . It has been a great learning experience too.
I have over five decades of industry experience overall.
Mentoring my team members on various aspects of management, R&D and manufacturing excellence is my passion.I continue to do that with passion.
I am blessed with an agile and intelligent team, that has very quick learning abilities and has been able to get the business growing for the organisation.
Apart from electrical engineering and work at Venson, working on causes like education, geriatric-health and support is something that I am involved in.
